At Atlanta Lactation, we understand that every mother’s journey is unique. Step 1
Before your visit — Getting started is simple. During booking, you’ll select your insurance information for verification, and we’ll send over an intake form so we can learn more about you, your baby, and how we can best support your journey.
Step 2
During Your Visit — Your IBCLC (lactation consultant) will take time to listen to your concerns, answer your questions, and understand your goals. Support may include help with latching, bottle feeding, milk supply, pumping, nutrition, postpartum recovery, emotional support, and referrals when additional care may be helpful. Together, you’ll create a supportive plan tailored to the unique needs of you, your baby, and your family.
Step 3
After Your visit — You’ll receive a written plan of care with helpful resources, educational materials, and trusted community referrals to help you feel confident and supported every step of the way. Follow-up appointments provide ongoing encouragement, adjustments to your care plan, and support through new challenges as they arise.
