Insurance Information

We are in-network with most Aetna plans for lactation and infant feeding support. You can book your visit at the bottom of this page. If you have questions about your plan, please text us a photo of your insurance card at 404-793-3300.
Most families have no out-of-pocket cost for the first six visits, whether home or office. Visits seven and beyond typically have a $71.50 patient responsibility. We can also bill insurance for up to four sets of pump parts at no cost to you, as long as your insurance has not already been billed by Aeroflow or a similar supplier.
Home visits incur an $85 travel fee, a non-medical fee that is not covered by insurance. For families who prefer to avoid additional costs, we have nine offices across metro Atlanta: Morningside (Intown Atlanta), Century Center (Brookhaven area), Decatur, East Point, Johns Creek/Alpharetta, Marietta, Peachtree Corners, Roswell, Sandy Springs, and Smyrna.
If you have taken online prenatal or breastfeeding classes through Aeroflow or Baby Academy, your number of fully covered visits may be reduced. The orange card Coca-Cola Aetna plan is self-pay only, as it does not allow lactation consultants in-network. All other Coca-Cola Aetna plans are accepted.
If you have questions or need assistance, please call or text us at 404-793-3300. We’re happy to help you get started.
We are able to take most Anthem and Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans. To get started, please text us a photo of your insurance at 404-793-3300. Unfortunately, HMO plans do not allow lactation in network.
There is sometimes cost sharing for mom, baby, or both. Cost sharing means the financial responsibility insurance assigns to you, such as a copay, coinsurance, or deductible. This varies by plan and isn’t always applied.
If your plan is accepted, you can expect unlimited home, office, and telehealth visits. We can cover anything regarding lactation and infant feeding — latching, pumping, bottles, starting solids, breast or nipple problems, weaning.

1. A Secure and Convenient Setup Before our visit, we will send you a secure, easy-to-use link to join your virtual appointment via your phone, tablet, or computer. We recommend setting yourself up in your usual, comfortable feeding spot with your baby, your pump (if applicable), and any pillows or accessories you normally use.
2. Comprehensive Assessment & Conversation Just like an in-person visit, we’ll start by listening to your unique story. We will review your medical history, discuss your baby’s weight gain, and talk through the specific feeding challenges you’re facing. This is a safe, judgment-free space to ask questions and share your concerns.
